I may just be going to New York City soon!! 
I've been invited (randomly, but still invited) to the Preston Bailey Gala book launch!!

I am so excited but the abundance of exclamation points would get annoying.

Wedding in a can?

As I was browsing my twitter account to day I came across this article about a Spokane couple who would like to pay for their with recycled cans!  Their goal to pay for their intimate wedding is 400,000 cans.  Anyone can donate by one of their drop offs or by pay pal.

What would we do without Martha...

Say what you will about Martha Stewart, jail time and jokes aside, she's talented.  Her Weddings magazine just put out it's 15th anniversary edition.

I admit to owning most of the magazines for the last few years.  Believe it or not, my collection still hasn't scared off my own prince charming yet.  They inspire me for the recipes, craft ideas and pretty wedding images.

Good news!

Good news for Wedding Professionals and all the venues out there.

After the wedding show this weekend, an article was featured in the Metro newspaper yesterday suggests that this year will be a much more profitable one for weddings in our beautiful city!  It definitely sounds like it with over 5,000 people attending his weekend's show!

Brides plan ahead, make sure you are booking early!

Mike Fisher...

Ok so anyone who knows me, even my boyfriend, knows I have a soft spot for Mike Fisher.  I'm definitely one of those people who is very excited about the engagement news of him and Carrie Underwood.  What a cute couple. 

I read the following article about her wedding ring, estimated to be at least $150,000.00.  Some people are saying that it's too big.
